What is Dropshipping?

Dropshipping is a method of commerce where the retailer (you) sells products to your customer but SunnaTan ships them directly from our warehouse facility, removing the hassle of shipping out products from your physical inventory.

How can you use drop shipping with SunnaTan?

Once a client places an order from your store, you input their order through the SunnaTan Wholesale site (no different than how you currently order products) so we can ship from our warehouse facility.

 How to place the order:

1. The Client places their order through your sales channel. The product and shipping cost would be determined by you and you would receive payment for the items through your own payment methods.

2. Enter in the client’s order to the SunnaTan Wholesale site, entering in the client’s shipping address in the “Ship To” fields, make sure to keep your billing as your wholesale account as this is where you want the products to be charged for as you have already taken the client’s payment through your own sales channel.

3. Keep your email in the customer email field.

4.  Once the products have shipped to your client, you would be responsible for sending your client the tracking number and shipping updates.

Tip: Do not forward the SunnaTan wholesale order or shipping email to your client. You do not want your client to see the wholesale pricing. Instead, email your client your own branded receipt emails with tracking details for their package.
